Aireplus offer various services to fit all projects needs. Our team consists of in-house engineers and draftsman, as well as highly qualified air conditioning and refrigeration technicians allowing us to efficiently commission and manage all job types.

Installation

Aireplus have completed various commercial projects with a range of systems all over Queensland. These projects include ongoing scheduled maintenance of commercial systems through to full design and construct as well as implementation of mechanical services.

Our estimating department can provide accurate pricing or concept budget pricing for a large variety of project types. We work hand in hand with engineers to ensure designs are cost effective to meet all budgets, large or small.

New Builds & Refurbishments

Aireplus has extensive knowledge and experience for new builds and refurbishments. Our team are aware of the challenges and time restraints faced with refurbishments. With over 150 new build and refurbishments across Woolworths and Coles, and over 220 new build and refurbishments across KFC, McDonald's and Hungry Jack's, Aireplus is able to provide high quality services for any project size. We will assist in supplying cost efficient solutions with a range of systems to suit.

Commissioning

Aireplus have our own commissioning team as we understand the importance of gaining optimal system performance to its design capability. All systems are treated with the same level of importance from a chilled water system to a high wall split system. Our technicians commission all projects adhering to CIBSE guidelines and to NEBB standards to diagnose and analyse each individual system to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and cost effectively. A documented analysis of each system is recorded for future reference and for approval by consultants and building owners.

Essential Service Commissioning

Aireplus have our own smoke machine allowing our technicians to fully commission and test smoke exhaust fans that we have installed. Our projects are witnessed and signed off by Queensland Fire and Emergency Services.

Project & Site Managing

Our project managers are focused on providing high quality projects within budget and time parameters, under all circumstances. Our site managers have the highest level of knowledge as to what is required to ensure site coordination flows smoothly and in an orderly fashion, as we are fully aware of the additional costs for end users when a project fails to deliver on schedule.

Design & Construct Engineering

At Aireplus, we deliver mechanical design and construct services for new buildings and refurbishment projects within Queensland. We offer all our own in-house Engineering and BIM 2D / 3D modelling through to onsite co-ordination with the builder and Project management during the construction phase. At Aireplus we endeavour to achieve a high level of coordinated design on all our projects to deliver the highest quality and defect free design and installation for our clients.

Maintenance & Repairs

Our projects include a year warranty if specified. This program is purposely designed to ensure your air conditioning system maintains optimum performance and efficiency levels, guaranteeing the lowest possible running cost and increasing your air conditioning systems life expectancy. We also offer water treatment services for all types of cooling towers.
